Graduation & The End of the Year

Hi everyone!

It's been FOREVER since I've blogged just about life, so here goes. So basically, everything exciting happened this week, which was the last week of school. I graduated, and my friends and I did tons of fun things to celebrate! But now high school awaits us... Dun, dun, dun! (Failed attempt at a dramatic drum roll)

Anyway, here are some snapshots of memorable moments (woot woot alliteration) for you all!

Oh, actually, the week before this week was pretty cool too. Mostly because my grade performed HSM!!! That movie was my life!!! It was tons of fun, but we did the junior version, so it was a little different. Here is a clip:

After HSM, we started graduation rehearsals. And the real thing was last Thursday! So exciting & bittersweet. Graduation was so fantastic- the decorations were amazing (although I wished we had a balloon arch, cause who doesn't love balloon arches?), the food was awesome (duh), and everything was just so perfect!

We had to sit for a looooong time...

We got to enter on a real red carpet (which was super cool) and we sat in fancy chairs (which were a tiny bit squeaky)!!! All of the speeches were really interesting and awesome and I'm running out of adjectives... but anyway, I had a blast!

We also gave our parents a few surprises, which is always fun. There was a slideshow of pictures from when we were little, we wrote thank you letters for them, and we performed Stay by Rihanna to finish the show. Again, best night ever! And now I have a fancy diploma (although we didn't get those cool robe and hat things), but I don't feel like a 9th grader yet.

Some momentos from the big night

Okay, moving on, Friday was the last day of school, and technically, we didn't have to go because we graduated, but everyone came anyway :). We had an awesome goodbye assembly, which may or may not have included pie/whipped cream/and apple bobbing contests, and more! We also made ice cream from scratch (it was surprisingly good!) and we finished yearbook signing too. I went home at 12 pm, and doodled a bit...

The yearbook...

I have no idea what this is supposed to be
Then, I had to go pick up my sister from ballet rehearsal, but we got there too early, so this happened...

Yep, so I found out how to change the settings on my phone's camera, and I kind of was obsessing over playing with the focus. Only kind of.

Well, that's basically what's been going on in my life recently. So to close this super interesting post, here are some AMAZING photos (not really)...

Flowers from my sister's ballet performance

I thought this was super cool... but my sister didn't...

This is what they call accidental awesomeness- Credit to my sister

Teddy bears rock! Especially when they are made of rubber bands...

More flowers... from graduation

Well, that's all I got for now!!! Au revoir (Yes, I speak French too! ;D) mis amigos (and now more Spanish)...
