EXCITING NEWS!

I have exciting news! I have created another website: http://parachutedesigns.blogspot.com/. I will be using it mostly to showcase artistic creations of myself and others I find! :) I will still be here at Painted Skies, but if you would like to check out my work, it will be at Parachute Designs. Graduation & The End of the Year
Hi everyone!
It's been FOREVER since I've blogged just about life, so here goes. So basically, everything exciting happened this week, which was the last week of school. I graduated, and my friends and I did tons of fun things to celebrate! But now high school awaits us... Dun, dun, dun! (Failed attempt at a dramatic drum roll)
Anyway, here are some snapshots of memorable moments (woot woot alliteration) for you all!
Oh, actually, the week before this week was pretty cool too. Mostly because my grade performed HSM!!! That movie was my life!!! It was tons of fun, but we did the junior version, so it was a little different. Here is a clip:

One Last Step
When you feel the rugged rocks slipping beneath your feet,
And you know you’ve lost the beat,
You tell yourself—
JUST ONE MORE STEP.
When you look around and see nothing but sheets of green,
Shadowed creatures and things not seen,
You tell yourself—
JUST ONE MORE STEP.
When you take a whiff and all you smell is PERSPIRATION,
And you think it’s just your imagination,
You tell yourself—
JUST ONE MORE STEP.
When you start to taste beads of failure dripping down,
Your weakest smile starts to frown,
You tell yourself—
JUST ONE MORE STEP.
When you hear yourself drowning in your own words,
And the path before you fades to a blur,

RDMAs 2014
Hey guys! If you didn't know, yesterday was the RDMAs and today they aired it on Disney Channel! They were absolutely AMAZING! So I just decided to review the nominees and just the show as a whole, which I totally loved!
Okay, so here I go! First, here are the nominees:
THEY’RE THE ONE – BEST MUSIC GROUP
Emblem3
One Direction
R5
I have to give this one to R5. It's mostly due to the fact that they're the only ones I've really listened to before. :) But R5 rocks and you have to listen to their songs if you haven't already! Emblem3 sounds like a great band too, and One Direction is really popular with my friends! All the nominees are really great! ;D

Cody Simpson
Justin Timberlake
I don't really feel qualified to judge this one because I don't know much about any of these three artists. I loved Austin's performance at the RDMAs, and I really enjoyed Cody's performance when I went to We Day, and I like Justin's song Mirrors as well! Darn, I can never make up my mind!
